There are 3 major types of common source pollutants, also known as the three danger levels

Odors & Chemical vapors
Gaseous contaminants such as pet odors, cooking smells, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, & VOC’s (volatile organic compounds).
How do I know if I have poor indoor air quality?
- Most untreated indoor spaces have some area of indoor air quality concern(s).
- Some indoor air quality concerns may be sensed by Intune or susceptible individuals.
- In many instances a qualified visual inspection such as we perform during a Precision Tune-up can identify air quality concerns.
- The absolute best way to confirm or debunk indoor air quality concerns is to have your air tested. We provide Indoor Air Quality Testing as a stand-alone service. Upon request, we even provide this service free of charge for our Premier Comfort Plan Members.

What can be done about it?
- As we mentioned above, often the best place to start is with a visual inspection during one of our Precision Tune-ups. Mention your concerns when scheduling as well as when the technician arrives.
- If it is deemed appropriate, the next recommended step would be to test the air quality, to determine specifically what the concern areas are.
- Then we can custom tailor solutions to best serve you and your home’s needs.
