Our goal is to progress all team members to advanced job classifications as quickly as is effectively prudent. The initial training & progression process typically takes place over the course of 3-6 months. 1st year Precision Tune-up specialists, going through our apprenticeship program can expect to earn a base income of between $34,000 – $40,000 (paid hourly). Your ability to listen, learn & apply our processes will earn an additional $5,000 – $27,000 or more uncapped. Total typical 1st year earnings of $39,000 – $67,000. Specific effectiveness determines specific results.

Qualified Experienced Service Technicians earn a base income of between $38,000 – $60,000 (paid hourly) dependent upon relevant knowledge, tools & skills. Your ability to listen, learn & apply our processes will earn an additional $5,000 – $24,000 or more uncapped. Total typical income ranges $42,000 – $84,000. They have reached the highest levels of technical expertise, often choosing to specialize in a specific area of expertise such as performance testing, IAQ, or other. Thorpe Master Technicians do not just reach this level and sit stagnant. Our industry changes daily, so they work diligently to continue perfecting their craft and pouring their knowledge into other less experienced technicians.
