His wife Robin joined the company a few years later. She added another level of prominent support, Serving others 1st, strong work ethics, and fiscal responsibility.
Their son Josh joined the company in the mid 90’s. Working his way through many different positions in the company, he gained a clear perspective of the company and the industry as a whole sum of its parts. A natural born “fixer”, Josh thrives on constantly improving things.
A task that he takes on diligently every day. So much so, that he realized just how much he needed a trusted ally to assist him in facilitating these strategic improvements. For this, he turned to his best friend and most trusted confidant, his wife Shana.
As our strategic pillar, Shana has brought a fresh perspective and a get-it-done attitude. With the help of other trusted team leaders like Robby & Nelson, the company is on track to deliver on our vision of “being the trendsetting, dominant service company, as well as the employer of choice in our service area.”
