Great Service

Our new unit left me with some questions and some minor noises that needed explaining and Robby was dispatched to the house to take a look. Robby arrived on time, first plus. He listened to my concerns and immediately knew what was going on with the system and in a few minutes had everything explained and taken care of. Great service tech and a great service call. Mr. Thorpe you should give Robby a raise, he goes beyond the usual quick trip service tech and is very polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his overall professionalism and will refer my friends to Thorpe the next chance I get.
