Good afternoon, Joy. It was a pleasure speaking with you today. I would just like to send a sincere thank you to you and your staff, especially Mike Mondul and Nelson Alvarez. They were extremely nice and a pleasure to speak to. Very, very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I look forward to getting my new unit in this week. They also got our AC running in the time being, which I truly appreciate. Thank you for all your help. I just want to say thank you again. I will certainly be recommending Thorpe to all my friends and family that need help with their air conditioning.
