Thank you to the Thorpe Heating & Cooling Family! After two nights without air conditioning and a negative experience with a different air conditioning company, I know now how it feels to be part of the Thorpe family, and what it means to have great customer service. Joy answered my call in a friendly helpful way, connecting me with Michael in Operations. Michael was very professional, and he was able to get us on the schedule and reassured me that he would take care of our air conditioning problem. As promised, Jack and another Michael arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Jack explained and showed me where the problem was and how it could be fixed. Thorpe gave us a wonderful experience and even called later the same day to make sure we were happy with our service. Thank you again to everyone at Thorpe for making us feel like we are an important part of the Thorpe family.
